GoRaahi Adventures ("we", "us") runs goraahiadventures.in and organises group trips. This page explains what personal information we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and phone number. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile photo from Google. We do not receive your Google password.
• Trip applications and bookings: details you fill in, such as gender, city, Instagram handle, the group and date you choose, your answers to our questions, and any photos you upload with an application.
• Payments: payments are processed by Razorpay. We see whether a payment succeeded and its reference number. We never see or store your full card, UPI PIN or bank details.
• Website usage: we use Google Analytics and cookies to understand which pages people visit, and to keep you logged in.

Why we use it

• To create and manage your account, and to log you in.
• To review applications, confirm bookings, take payments and plan your trip (rooms, transport, group size and safety).
• To contact you about your trip by email, phone or WhatsApp.
• To send offers and trip updates, only if you have signed up for them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To improve our website and trips.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share only what is needed with the people and services that help us run a trip: hotels, campsites and transport partners (name, and phone where needed), our trip captains, Razorpay for payments, and our email, WhatsApp and hosting providers. We may share information if the law requires it.

Application photos

Photos you upload with an application are private. Only our team and you can see them. They are not shown publicly on the website.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and booking records for as long as your account is open, and longer where tax or accounting rules require us to. Applications that are not accepted are deleted on request.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing messages. Write to us at weareraahiadventures@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days.
